Operating Voltage: 1.35V(1.28V~1.45V) & 1.5V(1.425V~1.575V)

Fully RoHS Compliant

Thermal Sensor

Note : 2GB DIMMs operate at 1.5V only

Each DRST3 upgrade consists of a matched pair of

DDR3L-1333 Registered ECC DIMMs that conforms to

JEDEC’s DDR3, PC3L-10600 standard. One 2K-bit

EEPROM is used for Serial Presence Detect and a

combination register/PLL with Address and Command

Parity is also used. A thermal sensor accurately monitors

the DIMM module and can prevent exceeding the

maximum operating temperature of 95C.
